Notifications help keep homeowners updated on their home’s progress. This article will guide you through managing email and in-app notifications for homes in Builder Signal.

Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Log into Builder Signal
Use your credentials to log in. - Navigate to Notification Settings
From your dashboard, go to Settings and click on Notifications. - Choose Notification Types
Decide whether to enable or disable:
- Email notifications (for homeowners)
- In-app notifications (for builder users) - Customize Frequency
Set how frequently updates should be sent (e.g., after every update, daily summary, or weekly). - Select Who Receives Notifications
Make sure the correct contacts are assigned to receive notifications. Admins can customize this for individual homes or across multiple homes. - Save Changes
After adjusting the settings, click Save to apply your changes.
