How to Manage Notifications in Builder Signal

Notifications help keep homeowners updated on their home’s progress. This article will guide you through managing email and in-app notifications for homes in Builder Signal.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Log into Builder Signal
    Use your credentials to log in.
  2. Navigate to Notification Settings
    From your dashboard, go to Settings and click on Notifications.
  3. Choose Notification Types
    Decide whether to enable or disable:
    - Email notifications (for homeowners)
    - In-app notifications (for builder users)
  4. Customize Frequency
    Set how frequently updates should be sent (e.g., after every update, daily summary, or weekly).
  5. Select Who Receives Notifications
    Make sure the correct contacts are assigned to receive notifications. Admins can customize this for individual homes or across multiple homes.
  6. Save Changes
    After adjusting the settings, click Save to apply your changes.
