D_How to View Homeowner Websites in Builder Signal - Builder Admins
Builder Admins can view homeowner websites to view the updates their team is making to confirm accuracy and see exactly what the homeowner sees on their Builder Signal timeline.

- Log into Builder Signal Website
Use your builder admin credentials to log into the Builder Signal website. - Select the Home to be Viewed
From your Homes dashboard, find the home you'd like to view. As an admin, all homes will be listed on your Homes screen. - Select Actions and then View Homeowner Site.
Your view of the website is exactly the same as what your Homeowner sees when they view their updates. You can view an individual update and scroll through the Homeowner's entire timeline. - Correcting Errors and Making Edits

- Log into Builder Signal Mobile App
Use your builder admin credentials to log into the Builder Signal mobile app. - Select the Home to be Viewed
Click See My Homes. As an admin, all homes on Builder Signal will be listed. Use the Search Home Address feature or scroll to the Home you'd like to view. - Select View Updates
Click the View Updates ("eyeball" icon) to see all Homeowner updates. These are chronologically arranged, with the most recent update at the top of the list. Click View to see the full update the customer sees on their Homeowner website, including address, date of the update, photos/video, description and building phase. - Correcting Errors and Making Edits
Builder Admins can make edits to any update the Homeowner has already received. This can only be done through the Builder Signal Web Version, and NOT through the Mobile App. See our article: How to Edit an Existing Update in Builder Signal - Builder Admins.
Common Issues:
- Photo/Video Upload Not Working?
TBD. Video file size? Image count? etc. Ensure that the app has permission to access your camera or media library. You can check this in your device’s settings. - Update Didn’t Send?
TBD Make sure the homeowner’s email address is correctly linked to the home in the system. If the email is incorrect, the notification won’t go through. If cellular connection is poor and it fails to send, it goes into "Drafts" which can be found at the bottom right of the screen, next to "Account"
